it gets billed to the credit card you used to signup for your itunes account. before you ask, not it does not get added to your phone bill.
Whattttt… so if you buy an APP the money doesn’t come out of the credit you get after paying say $49 which on optus = 300 smackas..it comes out of your bank/credit card ?
Honestly, this might be the dumbest WP post ever. Poster iphone22 (from Perth, I offer no comment) is upset that they have to pay actual money for things from the Apple Store – real money from their credit card – rather than using their pretend money from their Optus cap plan.
Again, I come back to understanding a bit why Jobs was very reluctant to have 3rd party apps to begin with. I love the added functionality, but the reduction in stability sounds like a somewhat inevitable partner. The glitches definitely make the iPhone in some ways feel a bit less magical.
Higly recommended. I installed them a couple of days ago and they really make life easier on the laptop, but I’ll also install them on the desktop if I ever get it setup anywhere.
most of the books are packed, LOTS of stuff gone to the opshop. Getting a bunch of audio tapes ripped and thus disposed of.
Gotta backup another copy of the vital data and work out how to transport it across the country in a different way to the main data. (How cheap are 750GB drives these days! So nice.)
There is actually a way to have Windows notify you when you hit it. Here is how you set it up.< ?xml:namespace prefix ="" o ns ="" "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Go to the Control Panel and select Accessiblity Options.
On the screen that pops up just place a check mark in the Use Toggle Keys box.
That’s it. Now every time you hit the caps lock key you will get a beep telling you it has been (de)activated.
Why send out emails to people who live OS about free shipping when the details include this: “Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii.”

Bowling was great.
I’d still rather have an XBOX 360, but with a few people around, the Wii is brilliant.
