Much prefer brown rice to White, or Jasmine, or whatever.
I made up about three cups of it in the steam oven last week. Let it cool and thre it into the fridge in a sealed plastic container.
Have been using it since then, and it’s great, MUCH better than the others, as it doesn’t tend to get sticky and clump together like they do.

PS - Steam ovens are brilliant for rice.
