Slight change to the Outlook system I’ve beenusing - I’ve added a folder to the ‘pending’ folder.

I added a ‘Temp’ folder, so that when I get things like all the AFL teams, and I don’t want to delete them immediately, but I had to have somewhere to put them.

So now I’ve got:

Pending

• Action
  Visit
  Waiting On
  Temp

So I’ve got it split-up so that my immediate folders are at the top in the Favorites, and the tree underneath (about 30 subfolders) are used for filing stuff.

I’ve also added a new search folder called "Other Unread Mail", which is separated from the immediate response folders by the ‘Sent Items’ folders. It basically shows all the unread mail in the system that isn’t in the folders shown above it in the Favorites section (ie a few mailing lists about cameras, MX5s, a bunch of mates I’ve talked to for years). So I don’t have to go to the individual folders to read through them, I can do that all from the one search folder.
